Can pressing points ease period pain? new trial investigates
NCT ID NCT07409337
Summary
This study is testing whether teaching women to apply pressure to specific points on their own bodies can reduce menstrual pain and premenstrual symptoms. Researchers will compare real acupressure to a fake version over six months in 120 university students aged 18-30. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free technique can help women manage common monthly discomfort.
