Seed cycling: a natural remedy for period problems?
NCT ID NCT07052500
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether eating specific seeds at different times of the month can help women ages 18-45 with irregular periods, cramps, and PMS. Participants will eat flax and pumpkin seeds during the first half of their cycle, then switch to sunflower and sesame seeds during the second half, for three months. The goal is to see if this simple dietary change can make periods more regular and reduce symptoms.
