Summary
This study compares two sedative drugs (midazolam and dexmedetomidine) given as nasal sprays to 32 people having surgery for a broken lower jaw. The goal is to see which drug provides better sedation and how they affect heart rate and blood pressure. Participants are healthy adults aged 18-50 with certain types of jaw fractures.
