Summary
This study tested whether a tailored package of HIV prevention and treatment tools, delivered through community health programs, could lower new HIV infections in East Africa. Over 80,000 adults aged 15 and older took part. The approach focused on reaching people most at risk and providing ongoing support to keep the virus under control.
