This study aims to see if a single-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) analyzed by machine learning can accurately screen for heart conditions and related diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes, and kidney disease. Researchers will enroll at least 5,000 adults who have already had a full medical exam. They will record a 1-minute ECG and use AI to find patterns that match known diseases. The goal is to develop a quick, non-invasive screening tool that could be used widely.
