Summary

This study tests a simple program for people aged 60+ having heart surgery. Before surgery, participants will get help improving sleep and do brain exercises. After surgery, they receive extra pain relief. The goal is to see if this bundle reduces delirium (sudden confusion and agitation) and improves long-term recovery. About 406 volunteers will take part.
