Summary

This study looks at gut bacteria in people with systemic sclerosis (a chronic autoimmune disease) and compares them to healthy volunteers. Researchers will collect stool samples from 60 participants over 7 months to see how the bacteria change over time. The goal is to find patterns that could lead to better diagnosis or treatments in the future.
