Summary
This study tests whether a dietary supplement called Satisens®, made from lemon verbena, hibiscus, saffron, and carob extract, can help reduce emotional eating and cravings for sweets in healthy adults who are overweight or obese. Participants take two capsules daily for a set period, and researchers measure changes in eating behavior, appetite, body weight, and related hormones and inflammation markers. The goal is to see if this plant-based approach can support appetite control and weight management.
