This study tested whether a Samsung Galaxy Watch can reliably detect moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in adults. Researchers enrolled 152 people with a high risk of OSA and compared the watch's readings to standard sleep tests. The goal was to see if the watch could be a convenient screening tool for this common sleep disorder.
