Summary
This study tests an online program called SAGE LEAF that teaches positive emotion skills to family caregivers of people with dementia. Over 6 weeks, participants learn techniques like gratitude and mindfulness through short lessons and daily practice. The goal is to see if the program reduces caregiver burden, loneliness, and depression. Fifty-three caregivers are taking part, and they complete surveys before and after the program.
