New online course aims to ease the burden of dementia caregiving

Summary
This study tests an 8-week online program called SAGE LEAF that teaches positive emotion skills to family caregivers of people with dementia. About 53 caregivers will take the course and complete surveys before and after to see if it reduces stress, loneliness, and depression. The goal is to help caregivers cope better and improve their quality of life.
