Summary

This study tested a drug called SAGE-547, given as an IV infusion over 60 hours, to see if it could reduce symptoms of postpartum depression in women. 108 women with moderate to severe depression after childbirth took part. The goal was to measure changes in depression scores compared to a placebo.
