First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests whether adding two drugs, decitabine and venetoclax, to a standard stem cell transplant can make the treatment safer for people with high-risk blood cancers like leukemia. About 20 adults aged 18-75 with a matching donor will receive the new drug combination before their transplant. The main goal is to find the safest dose and check for serious side effects.
