Promising drug targets tough mesothelioma in new trial

Summary
This study tests a drug called sacituzumab govitecan in 33 adults with mesothelioma that has returned or spread after prior treatment. Participants receive the drug until their disease worsens or side effects become too severe. The main goal is to see how many people's tumors shrink or disappear.
