Promising drug targets tough mesothelioma in early trial

Summary
This study tests a drug called sacituzumab govitecan in 33 adults with mesothelioma that has come back or spread. Participants receive the drug until their disease worsens or side effects become too severe. The main goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors and help control the cancer.
