Summary
This study tests a new imaging tracer called [18F]FAPI-74, which attaches to a protein found on cells in tumors and scarred or inflamed tissue. Researchers want to see if it can show these areas more clearly than current scans. About 770 adults with various cancers or non-cancer conditions like fibrosis will receive one injection and one PET scan. The goal is to see how well the tracer works and whether it changes diagnosis or treatment plans.
