This study tests whether combining two drugs, sacituzumab govitecan and cetuximab, can shrink or control advanced head and neck cancer that has grown after initial therapy. About 40 adults whose cancer has spread or returned will receive the combination. The goal is to see how many patients respond and how safe the treatment is.
