First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding pembrolizumab (Keytruda) to sacituzumab govitecan helps people with a common type of advanced breast cancer (HR+/HER2-). About 110 participants receive either the combination or sacituzumab alone. The goal is to see if the combo delays cancer growth longer. This is not a cure; treatment aims to control the disease.
