Summary

This early study tests a new treatment called S103 (BCMA-CAR T cells) in 9 adults with progressive or hard-to-treat multiple sclerosis (MS). The main goal is to see if the treatment is safe and to find the best dose. Researchers will also look for early signs that it might help control the disease.
