Summary
This early-phase study tested the safety and best dose of an experimental drug called ruxolitinib when added to standard brain cancer treatment (radiation and temozolomide) for people with newly diagnosed high-grade gliomas or glioblastoma. The study included 60 participants with specific types of brain tumors. The goal was to find the highest safe dose of ruxolitinib and monitor side effects during the first 8 weeks of treatment.
