Summary

This study tests whether adding personalized feedback to an online sleep program helps university students with insomnia. About 70 students will be split into three groups: standard online therapy, enhanced therapy with feedback, or a waitlist. The goal is to see if the extra feedback improves sleep, reduces rumination, and boosts treatment satisfaction.
