Summary
This study tested whether repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) can help overweight and obese adults lose weight and reduce food cravings. Fifty participants received either real rTMS, fake rTMS, or no treatment over 5 weeks. The goal was to see if stimulating a specific brain area could lower BMI and improve eating habits.
