This study tests two types of non-invasive brain stimulation (rTMS) to help veterans stop smoking. About 56 veterans who smoke at least 10 cigarettes a day will receive either standard or precision-guided rTMS over three weeks. Researchers will measure how much smoking decreases and how brain activity changes. The goal is to find a more effective treatment option for tobacco use disorder.
