Summary
This study tests whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called rTMS, applied to a specific brain area, can reduce obsessive-compulsive symptoms in adults with OCD. Participants must have tried at least two medications without success. The main goal is to see if symptoms improve significantly two weeks after treatment.
