First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tests a new nasal spray vaccine (BLB-201) to see if it is safe and helps the body fight RSV, a common virus that can cause serious breathing problems in babies and young children. About 137 infants and children aged 8 to 59 months, some who have had RSV before and some who haven't, will receive either the vaccine or a placebo. The goal is to find the right dose and check for side effects.
