Summary
This study tests whether royal jelly, a substance made by bees, can lower inflammation and oxidative stress in people with high blood pressure. Researchers will give 34 participants royal jelly or a placebo for 8 weeks and measure changes in blood markers. The goal is to see if this natural supplement can help control the disease, not cure it.
