Summary
This study tested whether making the rotator cuff muscles tired would reduce hand grip strength in healthy adults. 34 people aged 18-30 with no shoulder problems took part. Researchers measured grip strength before and after shoulder fatigue. The goal was to understand how shoulder muscle fatigue affects hand function.
