Summary

This study looks at whether eating more fatty fish, fruits, and vegetables can help protect the lungs from the harmful effects of woodsmoke. Researchers will ask 48 healthy adults to follow a special diet and then breathe in woodsmoke in a controlled setting. The goal is to see if the diet reduces lung inflammation and improves breathing.
