NCT ID NCT07256691

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at two types of dental sealers used during root canal treatment to see which one leads to less pain afterward. Sixty adults with a painless tooth infection around the root tip will be randomly assigned to receive either a calcium-based bioceramic sealer or a resin-based sealer. Pain levels will be checked at 4, 24, and 48 hours after the procedure using a simple 0-10 scale. The goal is to help dentists choose the better material for patient comfort.
