Summary
This study looked at 108 adults who needed a root canal on a back tooth. After standard cleaning, half got a final rinse with a traditional needle and half with an ultrasonic device. The goal was to see which method led to less pain after the procedure. Results will help dentists choose the best tool for patient comfort.
