Summary
This study tested a drug called romosozumab to see if it could improve bone health in women with chronic spinal cord injury and osteoporosis. Twelve women received monthly injections for one year, followed by a year of weekly alendronate pills. The goal was to measure changes in bone density and content, particularly in the knee and hip.
