Summary
This study offers ongoing treatment with ruxolitinib (alone or with other cancer therapy) to people with pancreatic, colorectal, breast, or lung cancer who were already benefiting from it in a previous Incyte study. It includes up to 10 participants and focuses on tracking side effects and safety. The goal is to keep providing the drug until it stops working or the patient can no longer take it.
