First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tests whether a handheld robot that vibrates and guides breathing can improve sleep in older adults living alone who have mild memory concerns. 100 participants will either use the robot or listen to audio-only meditation for several weeks. Researchers will measure sleep quality and stress levels to see if the robot helps people stay focused and relax more deeply.
