Summary
This early-phase trial is testing a new oral drug called RMC-5127, alone or combined with other drugs, in adults with advanced solid tumors that have a specific KRAS G12V mutation. The study includes people with lung, colorectal, and pancreatic cancers who have already tried standard treatments.
