New drug trial targets 'Undruggable' cancer mutation

NCT ID NCT07349537

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new drug called RMC-5127 in adults with advanced cancers that have a specific genetic change called KRAS G12V. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how the body processes the drug, both when given alone and when combined with other cancer drugs. Researchers will also look for early signs that the treatment can shrink tumors in patients who have run out of standard treatment options.
