Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug, RLY-2608, designed to block a faulty protein in cancer cells with a specific gene change (PIK3CA mutation). It is for adults with advanced solid tumors or certain breast cancers that have not responded to other treatments. The study will test the drug alone or combined with hormone therapy and other targeted drugs to find the safest dose and see if it shrinks tumors.
