Summary
This study tested a personalized three-step treatment for head and neck cancer that combines chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation. The goal was to see if this approach could reduce harmful side effects while still effectively controlling the disease. Forty adults with previously untreated cancer took part, and the treatment was adjusted based on how each person responded.
