Summary

This study is testing how well and how safely the drug rimegepant works for treating migraine attacks as they happen. Researchers will follow 100 people with migraine (with or without aura, or chronic migraine) who take a 75 mg rimegepant tablet when they have an attack. The main goal is to see if they are pain-free 2 hours after taking the drug, and to track any side effects.
