Summary
This study is not testing a new treatment. Instead, it will follow about 200 people in Germany who have myelofibrosis (a bone marrow disorder) and anemia (low red blood cells). Researchers will record which treatments doctors choose, how the disease changes, and how patients feel. The goal is to learn more about real-world care and outcomes.
