New drug RGT-61159 targets Hard-to-Treat cancers in early trial

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called RGT-61159 in people with two types of cancer that have come back or not responded to treatment: adenoid cystic carcinoma (a rare salivary gland cancer) and colorectal cancer. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. About 105 participants will take part in this first human study.
