New drug duo targets hard-to-treat leukemias in early trial

Summary
This study tests whether combining two drugs, revumenib and mezigdomide, is safe for people with specific types of acute leukemia that have returned or not responded to prior therapy. About 52 participants aged 12 and older will take part. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combination can help control the disease.
