Summary
This study compares two hormone therapy combinations for men with advanced prostate cancer who are also getting radiation. The goal is to see which combination causes less damage to the heart and blood vessels. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either leuprolide or relugolix, both paired with abiraterone acetate. The study uses heart CT scans and blood tests to monitor heart health over time.
