Summary
This study follows 230 amateur athletes who had ACL reconstruction surgery to find out when it's safe to return to sport. Researchers will use a series of physical tests, including jumps and strength measurements, to objectively track recovery. The goal is to help athletes avoid re-injury by providing clearer, test-based guidelines for returning to play.
