Summary
This study tests whether a respiratory rehabilitation program (exercise and education sessions over 8 weeks) can improve sleep quality in people with stable COPD. 90 adults aged 50 and older will be randomly assigned to either the rehab program or usual care. Sleep will be measured using overnight sleep studies (polysomnography) and questionnaires.
