New cocktail of drugs tested for tough bladder cancer

Summary
This early-phase trial tests a combination of three drugs (tremelimumab, durvalumab, and belinostat) in people with advanced bladder cancer that has spread or cannot be removed surgically. The main goal is to find the safest dose and understand side effects. About 9 adults who have already tried other treatments or are not suitable for standard therapy will participate.
