Summary

This early-phase study tests a combination of three drugs (tremelimumab, durvalumab, and belinostat) in people with advanced bladder cancer that has spread or cannot be removed surgically. The main goal is to find the safest dose and understand side effects. About 9 adults who have already tried other treatments or cannot take standard therapy are participating.
