NCT ID NCT07362329
First seen Jan 24, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looks at whether doing short bursts of push-ups and planks throughout the day—called 'exercise snacks'—can improve upper body strength and endurance in graduate students. About 50 healthy students who haven't done upper body training in the last 3 months will be split into three groups: one doing a few small sets daily, one doing one max effort daily, and a control group doing nothing. The goal is to see if these quick, low-effort workouts are an effective way to stay fit.
