Can a simple diet change slow down memory loss?

Summary

This study is testing whether eating foods high in resistant starch can help slow down memory and thinking problems in adults who are at high genetic risk for cognitive decline. It will involve 70 overweight adults aged 40 and over. Participants will be randomly assigned to eat either special high-resistant starch foods or regular starch foods daily for the study period.
