Summary

This study looks at how different amounts of resistance (strength) training affect inflammation in adults aged 60-75. Participants will be placed into one of three training groups (low, medium, or high volume) or a non-exercise group for 4 weeks, followed by 4 weeks of rest. The goal is to find the best exercise dose to reduce inflammation and support healthy aging.
