Summary

This study looks at how different amounts of strength training (low, medium, or high) affect the body's inflammation levels in healthy adults aged 60-75. Participants will train for 4 weeks, then stop for 4 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in blood markers of inflammation to find the best exercise dose for healthy aging.
