Summary

This study looks at whether a psychological resilience training program helps children aged 10-12 cope with stress, get along better with others, and use digital media in a healthier way. About 50 children will be randomly assigned to either take part in the program or not. Researchers will measure changes in resilience, social adjustment, close relationships, and media use through questionnaires completed by children and their parents.
