This study tests whether adding resilience training—a mix of group therapy and relaxation exercises—to standard rehabilitation helps people recover from Takotsubo cardiomyopathy (broken heart syndrome) or a recent heart attack. Participants attend two group therapy sessions and two relaxation sessions during their inpatient rehab.
