Summary

This study tests whether a resilience-building program can improve quality of life for lymphoma survivors who finished treatment within the last two years. About 254 adults will take part, comparing the resilience program to a health education program. The goal is to see if learning resilience skills helps people feel better physically, emotionally, and socially after cancer.
