This trial is testing whether adding the experimental drug tazemetostat to the standard R-CHOP chemotherapy regimen can improve outcomes for people newly diagnosed with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) or high-risk follicular lymphoma. The study has two parts: first, to find the safest dose of tazemetostat when combined with R-CHOP, and second, to see if the combination increases the chance of a complete response—meaning no detectable cancer after treatment.
