Summary

This study aims to find the best combination of dietary strategies for weight loss using a fully digital program. Researchers will test four approaches: limiting high-calorie foods, eating within set time windows, and increasing protein or fiber intake. 208 adults with overweight or obesity will participate remotely for 12 weeks, tracking their weight daily and completing online lessons. The goal is to identify which mix of strategies leads to the most weight loss.
